Linda has been writing legal briefs, Memoranda of Points and Authorities, many client declarations, and has been propounding discovery and analyzing  responses; and preparing responses to discovery for nearly a decade.

Linda will work with you on a contract basis to prepare the legal documents you need prepared but currently do not have time or resources to prepare.

Linda’s writing is concise and to the point; she completes the arguments  in as few words as possible to ensure that the document receives a full reading.  Her research is thorough and cites are re-checked for accuracy after completion of the document.
