Chuck Eckerman and Linda Doria Eckerman

Linda has been preparing court documents for divorcing clients for over eight years.  She will assist you with your uncontested divorce.

You will give Linda the information required and she will prepare all necessary documents.  If you have questions regarding procedural issues, Linda will be able to answer them.  She is not an attorney and cannot give legal advice, nor can she appear with you in court. 

Linda’s supervising attorney is her husband Chuck Eckerman.  She is therefore able to select all forms necessary for use in your divorce, and to ensure that all issues needing to be placed before the court in your divorce documents are there. 

You will complete an intake form, and every issue listed in the form will appear in your divorce papers filed with the court, as to disposition.
